Returns & Exchanges

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, Products are non-refundable, you can return any item to us within 7 days of receipt  to exchange it for a different size or colour. If you live outside of Asia you have up to 14 days after receipt to exchange your order. 

Please ensure items are packed the same way as you receive them. 

Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us and you must return items at your own cost. We recommend you return items using a tracked service to ensure they reach us safely. 

If you reject to pay the taxes and duties, the destination country may destroy the parcel,
If the parcel has been destroyed due to Client reason, Chanley will not take any responsibility of the parcel.


If you need to exchange your item for the same item or alternative item in a different size or colour just mark exchange on your returns form and which item you would like to exchange it for and in what size.

We do offer free exchanges within 7 days in Asia but for all international customers, you will be liable for return postage cost. Email with your Full Name and Order Number and we'll look into the matter immediately.

Returns & Exchanges Requirements:

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags
  • Any products marked ‘SALE' cannot be returned.
  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • If you are returning swimwear please ensure that you leave the hygiene sticker on to be eligible for a exchange.
  • When returning neoprene items, please ensure the bikinis are laid flat as they were when you receive them. If they are screwed up or folded, it creates creases in the neoprene and ruins the item which is irreversible.
  • Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned: intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings, cosmetic/beauty products including self-tanners.

We do reserve the right to refuse return for exchange if we receive items in a state where we are no longer able to sell them to future customers.
